1. Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom)

We provide reliable domestic shipping across the UK to ensure you receive your gear without delay.

  • Service: We primarily use DPD Express for all UK orders.

  • Delivery Time: Once dispatched, expect your order to arrive within 10-12 business days.

  • Cost: Shipping rates start from £19.99, depending on the weight and size of the parcel.

  • Tracking: You will receive an SMS and email notification with your tracking number and a one-hour delivery window on the day of arrival.

2. International Shipping (US, Europe, & Rest of World)

Syna World ships globally, reaching our community in the US, Canada, Europe, and beyond. We partner with FedEx to provide high-speed international transit.

  • FedEx Super Express: 10–14 business days (Starting from £19.99).

  • FedEx Standard Express: 14–22 business days (Starting from £9.99).

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (DDP)

We aim to provide a transparent shopping experience with no hidden costs. For most international destinations, we ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).

  • All applicable taxes and import duties are calculated and collected at checkout.

  • This ensures that your package clears customs smoothly without you having to pay additional fees upon delivery.

4. Order Processing and “Drop” Timelines

Due to the exclusive nature of Syna World releases, order volume is significantly higher during “drop” days.

  • Standard Processing: We typically dispatch orders within 48 – 72 hours of purchase.

  • Drop Processing: During major releases, please allow 3–5 business days for our warehouse team to verify and package your items.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our facility.

5. Shipping Restrictions and Security

To protect our customers, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, as our couriers require a physical signature upon delivery. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout; Syna World cannot redirect packages once they have been handed over to the courier.

6. Tracking Your Order

Stay updated on your package’s journey from our warehouse to your door. Once your order ships, we provide a tracking link via email. We recommend downloading the DPD or FedEx app for real-time “in-flight” delivery options, such as diverting to a pickup point or leaving your parcel with a trusted neighbor.
